Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in OB/GYN or perinatology, ARDMS registry (OB/GYN preferred), and proficiency with Epic EMR. Certification NT and GE experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technician program required.
• NT Certification required.
• Current ARDMS registry with OB/GYN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment for OB/GYN sonography.
• Ensure patient and examiner safety during the examination.
• Review patient history and relevant clinical information.
• Maintain medical necessity and proper documentation for exams.
• Acquire additional ultrasound imaging as needed for interpretation.
• Provide preliminary reports for physician review.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and adhere to professional standards.
