Job summary

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible full‑time generalist physicians in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Positions at multiple ranks and campuses are available, with rank/compensation based on experience and credentials.

The role emphasizes developing a full-scope women's health clinical practice, medical student and resident teaching, and participation in research activities. Excellence in clinical care and education is expected.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a 4-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio medical license.

Responsibilities

• Develop an active clinical practice serving full-scope women’s health needs (outpatient clinic, labor and delivery, postpartum care, gynecologic surgeries, in-office procedures).
• Medical student and resident teaching through clinical care training, lectures, and research projects.
• Attend meetings and participate in governance, preparing teaching materials and evaluating learners.
• Engage in activities ancillary to responsibilities and support departmental academic goals.
• Review correspondence and respond to University communications in a timely manner.
