Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Washington Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• BLS certification required.
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in ambulatory setting.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Coordinate care via direct, telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.
• Collaborate with health care team to support clinicians and patients.
