Job summary

Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge is seeking full-time and part-time OB/GYN physicians for their assessment center. Responsibilities include providing 24/7 coverage for gynecologic emergencies, assisting with deliveries, and working closely with community OB/GYNs.

Qualifications

• Completion of ACGME accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program.
• Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana.
• At least two years of experience in a full scope OBGYN setting.

Responsibilities

• Treat and triage patients with gynecologic emergencies.
• Provide obstetric services including patient evaluation and assistance with deliveries.
• Collaborate with emergency medicine and family practice physicians.
