Maria Parham Health in Henderson, NC is seeking an Obstetrician Gynecologist to lead the establishment of a new block schedule and to provide care across inpatient deliveries and clinic settings. The role includes a 7 on / 7 off pattern with shared weekday call and CNMs handling first calls.

The practice features a full team including CNMs and NPs, with strong hospital ties to Duke for MFM, a Level I Nursery, and DaVinci robotic access for advanced procedures.

Qualifications

• OB/GYN clinical expertise
• Leadership and team collaboration
• Inpatient obstetrics care

Responsabilités

• Help spearhead development of a new block schedule.
• Work 7 on / 7 off covering inpatient deliveries/surgeries and clinic.
• Clinic hours with shared weekday call; CNMs take first call.
• Manage ~20–25 clinic patients per day; ~420 deliveries per year.
• Coordinate referrals with Duke University for MFM and other specialties.
