Endocrine News is looking for a BC/BE Obstetrician and Gynecology physician to join the OB/GYN Care team at Sanford 11th and Gate Clinic in Williston, North Dakota. The position offers an annual compensation of $450,000 for the first two years, plus potential for additional income based on performance metrics.

Furthermore, the physician will receive a retention incentive of $200,000 for staying full-time for four years. A comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, along with other significant benefits.

PRACTICE DETAILS

Sanford 11th and Gate Clinic

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Obstetric and Gynecology physician to join our well established OB/GYN Care team.

• Team: 2 OB/GYNs and 2 advanced practice providers, premier OB providers in Williston and surrounding area.
• Clinic located adjacent to the CHI Medical Center.
• 1:5 shared community call.
• 15 exam rooms with ultrasound and lab services at the clinic.
• Supportive administration with a culture of innovation.
• Annual compensation of $450,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• $200,000 retention incentive if you remain 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to contractual agreement).
• Physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and relocation allowance.
