UnityPoint Clinic in Fort Dodge, IA is seeking an OB/GYN to join our established team. The position features a 4-day workweek, a base guarantee of $445,000+ and an integrated EPIC EMR to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in obstetrics & gynecology.
• Unrestricted Iowa license to practice.
• US work eligibility (H1-B cap exempt).
• J-1 waiver sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Average patients per day: 18-25.
• Average deliveries: 40.
• Work schedule: 4-day workweek.
• Call rotation: 1:4 (Weekend: 1 per month; Weekday: 1 per week).
• Clinic Hours: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm; Fri 8am-4pm.
• Call coverage and response: 20 minutes; sleep room available for in-house call.
• Pediatric Hospitalist coverage: 24/7.
• Team-based care to improve community health.
• Clinical decision-making with patient coordination.
