Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN for a full-time role in Crown Point, IN. The position offers a flexible clinic schedule, shared call with a group of physicians, and access to on-site ultrasound and lactation support.

The group includes a 12-hospital system with a broad network and opportunities for professional growth. Desirable candidates will have a strong team orientation, experience in robotic surgery, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a multispecialty

Qualifications

• BC/BE OB/GYN required.
• Willingness to collaborate with advanced practice providers/certified nurse midwives.
• Experience with robotic surgery preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, full-time clinic hours (40 hours/week).
• Share call rotation with 7 other physicians.
• Ultrasound on site and lactation consultant available.
• Onsite MFM support and NICU involvement as needed.
• Perform or assist with Da Vinci robotic surgeries where appropriate.

About this role

Flexible, fulltime clinic hours - 40 hours per week Shared call rotation with 7 other physicians Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day Average inpatient volume: varies Average deliveries: 6 - 7 per month Level III NICU staffed by Lurie's Children's Hospital neonatologists Onsite MFM support available Willingness to collaborate with advanced practice providers/certified nurse midwives Ultrasound on site Lactation consultant on site Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is preferred Experienced clinical support staff Strong collegial support
