Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM) to move product throughout the warehouse and support shipment readiness. The role involves driving a reach truck, stocking, and ensuring proper paperwork with each movement.

The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate will operate a reach truck, wrap pallets, and maintain organization in the assigned area while working in a production environment

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.

Responsibilities

• Move product throughout the warehouse using reach truck.
• Deliver product to designated areas and replenish or ship as needed.
• Stack and move pallets and wire baskets to correct locations.
• Ensure paperwork accompanies carries.
• Operate wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment.

Your Role On Our Team

The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product
• Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped
• Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination
• Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location
• Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork
• Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment
• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area
