Job summary

Jessie Trice Community Health System Inc. is seeking an OB-Charge Nurse to oversee nursing operations in the obstetrics department in Miami, FL.

This leadership role coordinates patient care, supervises staff, and ensures delivery of high-quality, compassionate care in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), an active Florida RN license, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited program.
• Current Florida RN license.
• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Primary Care Medical Home standards is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and computer literacy; EPIC or similar.
• Current BLS certificate from American Heart Association.
