Integrity Staffing is seeking an O&P Fabrication Technician I on the 2nd shift in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on fabricating, assembling, and repairing orthotic and prosthetic devices, with hands-on training and safety in a medical manufacturing setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and a pay rate up to $24.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow skills in medical device fabrication and contribute to patient mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, carpentry, or construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and learn new processes.
• Dependability and safety‑conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, modify, and repair orthotic and prosthetic devices.
• Operate various hand tools and fabrication equipment safely.
• Measure materials and shape components to specification.
• Inspect quality and troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Maintain inventory and a clean, safe workspace.
