Regenis in Hartley, TX is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable plant operations. You will follow established safety processes, troubleshoot equipment, and perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, and compressors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic maintenance experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role requires physical ability and willingness to work all shifts, with on-call status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an industrial or maintenance-related field preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work all days and shifts; on-call status.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-focused with teamwork mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Physically able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
• Dairy farm background a plus.
• Electrical, mechanical and welding experience preferred.
• Drug-free, able to pass pre-employment drug test; random testing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong culture of personal and process safety
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written logs, reports, and documentation
• Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (Lockout/Tagout)
• Troubleshoot issues by collecting data and analyzing results to maintain quality and reliability
• Perform general maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors
• Monitor instrument readings to ensure proper operation
• Change oil and filters on mechanical systems
• Clean separator screens and housekeeping to maintain site cleanliness and professional appearance
