Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for immediate openings in Manhattan and Brooklyn. You will provide personal care, companionship, and mobility support to clients in their homes across NYC and Long Island.

We offer weekly pay, overtime, full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO), and quick onboarding. NYS HHA certification, 1 year of home care experience, and valid work authorization are required; bilingual candidates are encouraged.

• Ability to speak, read, and write English; bilingual encouraged.

$19.65–$21/hour starting pay

Driver incentives (valid license + reliable transportation preferred)

Weekly pay — consistent and on time

What You’ll Need:

Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification

Up-to-date medical requirements (MMR titers, TB test, employment physical)

Driver’s license and reliable transportation (highly preferred)

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Ability to speak, read, and write in English (Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply)

At least 1 year of home care experience
