Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Driver/Associate to join our distribution team. The role involves frontline customer service at will-call, accurate picking and shipping, and driving the company truck to customers.

You will also maintain stock locations and assist with order entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with 1–3 years of warehousing experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehousing or distribution experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive in the five boroughs of New York City.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at the Will-Call counter, entering orders and answering questions.
• Pull, package and ship orders accurately and cost-effectively.
• Organize stock and maintain locations on computer.
• Drive company-owned truck and deliver orders to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service when engaging with customers.
• Load and unload truck deliveries.
