Asphalt Green is seeking motivated Personal Trainers to join our NYC Fitness team. You will work one-on-one and in small groups to help members define and achieve fitness goals, create safe and effective plans, and provide education to foster a welcoming experience in the gym.

Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to motivate clients are essential for success in this role at our Battery Park City location, with in-person training across NYC campuses.

Qualifications

• Current personal training certification through a national body (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1–5 years of in-person personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group training sessions.
• Define fitness goals with clients and create personalized plans.
• Demonstrate proper technique and ensure safety.
• Maintain client records and scheduling.
