Job summary
Fubo is seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our Ads Engineering team in New York, hybrid three days a week. You will help build and scale the backend infrastructure powering Fubo's advertising platform.
You will work on distributed systems, ad decision interfaces, and data pipelines, improving reliability, observability, and performance while collaborating with Sales and Operations. This role offers growth in ad-tech and exposure to AI-assisted development, with a competitive
Qualifications
- Strong CS foundation with hands-on production software experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools in daily workflow.
- Efficient communicator and collaborator with external stakeholders.
- 3+ years delivering production-quality software.
- Experience building microservices in Go, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience using modern log/metrics tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and support ads engineering infrastructure and services.
- Improve reliability, performance, accuracy, and security of services.
- Solve distributed systems and data problems.
- Build shared libraries, tools, or frameworks.
- Implement unit and integration tests.
- Develop software to boost efficiency and visibility of ad tech.
- Extract and aggregate data into data warehouses.
- Leverage AI tools across the development lifecycle.
