Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree.
• Five+ years’ experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting HVAC issues.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts system controls to manufacturer settings to balance system.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment and determines needed maintenance.
• Complies with standards, policies, procedures, safety protocols, and maintains clean work area.
• Discusses heating-cooling malfunctions with users to identify problems.
• Generates work orders addressing deficiencies.
• Inspects and tests systems for compliance and faults.
• Obtains and maintains required certifications.
• Reassembles and tests equipment after repairs.
• Performs preventive and general maintenance like cleaning, washing, oiling, and filter changes.
• Records faults and time spent on work orders.
• Repairs or replaces defective equipment or components.
• Follows procedures and cooperates with teammates.
