MATTE is a 360° creative studio delivering high-end content from strategy to final execution. We are seeking a Senior Content Producer to lead multi-million-dollar film and content production for a diverse client portfolio in New York City.

This leadership role combines creativity with logistics and business acumen to ensure flawless delivery. You will manage both full-time and freelance staff, collaborate with Creative Directors, and drive production from pre-pro through post-production while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in brand advertising, creative, digital or video production.
• Deep understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Track record of managing a team with varying working styles.
• Ability to think fast, solve problems, and present solutions.
• Strong client relationship management and team leadership.
• Extensive network of vendors and industry connections.
• Ownership mindset with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of content production from greenlight through delivery, including pre-pro, shoot, and post.
• Build production plans, schedules, and budgets; lead pre-pro meetings; manage on-set execution as lead producer.
• Source and manage talent, locations, crew, writers, and contractors to match the creative and client vision.
• Bid, hire, and oversee external vendors and partners, ensuring high quality and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to translate concepts into executable production strategies.
• Proactively identify risks, monitor scope changes, and manage approvals with agility.
• Serve as a client-facing leader on production calls, pitches, and presentations.
• Uphold standards of excellence and ensure work aligns with client brand guidelines.
