• Manage a caseload of WC claims from filing through resolution, including hearings, depositions, and settlements.
• Draft and file motions, appeals, and related litigation papers.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and co-counsel on strategy, including potential GL crossover issues.
• Appear at WCB hearings and depositions.
