• Represent lenders on mortgage and subordinate commercial real estate loans, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity.
• Work on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, borrower‑side finance, and development transactions.
• Assist with construction lending or repurchase facilities, as needed.
• Draft major transactional documents such as joint venture agreements and loan agreements.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant experience in real estate finance or development.
• Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience.
• Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to work independently in fast‑paced transactional environments.

Compensation

The salary wage range for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $420,000 annually, which may vary based on experience and other factors.
