Qualifications

• Experience maintaining inventory records and researching/analytic functions to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and standardization sources.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the lifecycle management of non-expendable assets.
• Conducts short-, mid-, and long-term advanced planning.
• Analyzes data and resolves issues with procurement and logistics.
• Supports customers and acquisition personnel in developing requirements using standard sources.
• Coordinates with procurement officials and vendors to resolve issues.
• Manages NX asset inventory and control across assigned areas.
• Performs periodic forecasting, spot checks, and compliance with special equipment requirements.
• Participates in strategic planning for facilities and major projects.
• Promotes reutilization and disposition of NX assets.
• Adheres to safety, training, and office policies.
