Position Title: NWS - Time to Ungrind Campaign Student Coordinator

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly

FTE: 13% (5 hrs/week)

Compensation: $20 an hour

Job Summary

This student leadership position coordinates and delivers the CADE \"Time to Ungrind\" campaign at Naropa University, under the advisement and guidance of CADE staff, Naropa's Dean of Students and in collaboration with others who work within the Student Success area. The campaign will be delivered through digital, online and in person outreach, including on the Arapahoe and Nalanda Campuses. This is a grant-funded position that will conclude when the allocated work study dollars are exhausted or the campaign ends in mid to late Fall 2026 semester, whichever comes first. The duties of this campaign include:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Fulfill the duties of the \"Time to Ungrind\" (TTU) CADE campaign at Naropa University by engaging with the CADE resource hub and CADE advisors to develop:
  
  
  
  • 1 marketing strategy per term (will have access to PPT slide deck for examples)
  
  
  • 1 event per term, 2 total in 1 year (one between March-May and one August-September)
  
  
  • 1 social media series per term, 2 total
  
  
  • Integrate the campaign materials and messages into our existing programs
  
  
  • Submit monthly CADE reports
  
  
  • Attend weekly check in meeting with supervisor(s) during the fall and spring project times
  
  
  • Actively participate in mandatory CADE peer educator trainings and TTU cohort calls
  
  
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree conferred; enrolled in a graduate degree in counseling psychology at Naropa University


• Prior Experience: Previous work with adults in a health coaching or similar role promoting healthy lifestyle and behavior.


• Certifications: None required
