Floor Technicians focus on maintaining floor surfaces at commercial facilities. Assignments may vary by building and service needs. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed, physical work and takes satisfaction in visible results. Assignments may involve more than one location within the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You’ll Do

• Perform floor-care tasks as assigned, including scrubbing and refinishing where trained
• Operate floor machines and related equipment safely
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and prepare surfaces before floor-care work
• Use approved products and follow dilution and safety directions
• Protect surrounding areas and post required caution signage
• Inspect equipment, report issues, and maintain organized supplies
• Communicate with supervisors about project progress and site needs
