The Facilities Lead Technician brings over 5 years of distribution experience in automated environments to support both Distribution and Fulfillment Centers. They possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills and can effectively communicate and manage a team of two to five individuals.
As the lead, they serve as the main point of contact for project updates, repairs, and preventative maintenance, while also assisting technicians with daily and weekly assignments. Quick to identify and solve problems, they thrive in dynamic environments, always maintaining attention to detail.
