Job summary

PB Health in the United States is seeking a Nutrition Specialist to evaluate clients’ nutritional needs and provide evidence-based counselling, building personalized treatment plans and updating dashboards.

The role emphasizes clear communication of scientific concepts to patients, empathy, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets, including handling 100–150 call attempts daily and recording data in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Masters in Nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital or digital healthcare experience.
• Fluency in at least 2 languages besides English (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' nutritional needs.
• Provide nutritional counselling and advice.
• Create a clinical nutrition treatment plan using dashboard/software.
• Update the CRM/Dashboard with information obtained from calls.
• Follow up with clients as scheduled.
• Explain scientific terms in an understandable way to patients.
• Demonstrate empathy during consultations.
• Show strong listening skills.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Make 100–150 call attempts and complete 20 calls a day.

• Providing nutritional counselling and advice to clients.
• Creating a clinical nutrition treatment plan for a client using dashboard and software
• Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
• Following up with the client as per their requested day and time
• Should be able to communicate scientific terms in an understandable way to all patients.
• Should be confident and show empathy where ever required during the consultation.
• Should have good listening skills
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive environment.
• Make 100 -150 call attempts and complete 20 calls a day

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Minimum 1 year of hospital or Digital Healthcare experience
• Excellent fluency in at least 2 languages apart English(Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati/Bengali/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada/Punjabi)
