This is an onsite role which works closely with our medical team to help patients understand and implement practitioner-recommended dietary and wellness plans as part of their comprehensive treatment program.
The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and experienced in working with patients managing chronic health conditions in an integrative or alternative medicine setting.

Full-time, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
