Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Nutrition & Wellness Student Intern at Howard University to promote nutrition education and overall student wellness on campus. You will assist in delivering interactive programming, peer education, and collaborative campus initiatives to support diverse student populations.

The role focuses on planning nutrition-focused events, coordinating outreach, and creating engaging resources for students while collaborating with Dining & Hospitality Services.

Qualifications

• Current Howard University undergraduate or graduate student in nutrition, dietetics, public health, health promotion, or related field.
• Interest in student wellness, nutrition education, and community health.
• Experience with social media and content creation preferred.
• Creative mindset with the ability to engage a diverse student population.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Nutrition Education & Programming: assist with planning and executing nutrition-focused programs and events.
• Food Allergy Awareness & Peer Education: serve as peer educator and promote allergen awareness.
• Engage students: develop creative approaches to encourage participation in nutrition education.
