Morrison Healthcare in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Nutrition Support Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy for trauma patients within a collaborative care team.

This role involves education for patients, families, and staff, plus adherence to evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives. A 5k sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6th weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• RDN with CDR eligibility; TN licensure required.
• TN Dietitian licensure or willingness to obtain
• Specialty certification when required.
• Two years of experience in trauma/nutrition support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: assess and plan nutrition for trauma patients to support recovery.
• Education: guide patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply diet manual and policies to ensure quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives for patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: work with food service to meet patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support dietetic interns and staff.

Salary

$60,000 - $65,000 + $5,000 sign-on bonus

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian in Johnson City, TN! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
