You will apply your knowledge in ingredient handling, accurate portioning, and adherence to dietary restrictions while upholding hygiene standards and safety. You will collaborate with dietitians, cooks, and other staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current ServSafe Allergen and Food Service Handler Certifications (within the past 12 months) or certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Food Handlers Permit (or within 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals with attention to dietary restrictions while ensuring quality and safety.
• Accurately portion meals and beverages and maintain appealing presentation for patients, guests, and staff.
• Collaborate with dietitians, cooks, and other food service staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
