Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Nutrition Services Aide to support delivery of nutrition services. The role may involve food preparation, tray assembly, table and tray setup, cleaning, and delivering soiled linens to laundry.

Qualifications

• Current state Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience in food service and using food service equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation and quality standards are maintained.
• Wash dishes, pots, tableware, and utensils; sanitize equipment as assigned.
• Prepare dining room tables and patient room trays with proper ware and condiments.
• Assist in food preparation tasks and portioning servings.
• Deliver nourishments and supplements identified with patient labels.
• Deliver soiled linens to laundry and maintain daily dishwashing areas.
