Oregon State University’s School of Nutrition and Public Health invites applications for one or more fixed-term, non-tenure track instructor positions to teach courses on a term-by-term basis for the 2026-2027 academic year. Some appointments may be renewed or transitioned to instructional positions at the School Head’s discretion.

Salary is competitive and negotiated with the School Head. Applications are reviewed as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition or closely related discipline appropriate to teaching tasks.
• Experience with modern pedagogical techniques and diverse learner needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with varied audiences in writing and speech.
• Commitment to inclusive excellence in teaching.

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate Nutrition courses on a term-by-term basis.
• Hold regular office hours to assist students and supervise teaching assistants.
