Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a cook preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry regularly; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and prepare all food for the center.
• Adhere to state health requirements for food prep, serving, storage, and cleanliness.
• Meet dietary needs and adjust menus as needed for children 0-5.
• Plan developmentally appropriate nutritional activities with staff and families.
• Share responsibility for classroom and center cleanliness.
