Description

In accordance with assigned position, performs a variety of clerical/technical duties in support of patient nutrition. May orient patients to the Room Service program; receive meal orders and perform computer data entry; monitor patients' menu selections; and assemble and deliver orders. Must be able to take orders directly from the customer and read, interpret and expedite customer orders in an organized and timely manner. Must be able to work under the pressure and stringent time constraints and remain calm and organized. Direct customer service and contact with customers in the retail areas is required in this position.
