Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Pembroke Pines, FL seeks a Food Service Assistant to help patients with meal selections and ensure adherence to physician diet orders. You will also handle meal orders by phone and document patient food preferences and allergies.

Working with nursing units, you will assemble meals according to dietary restrictions and contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives while maintaining hygiene and service standards throughout the meal delivery process.
