Job summary

Premier Healthcare of New Harmony is seeking qualified applicants for the Dietary Aide role in New Harmony, Indiana. As part of the care team you will assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals according to menus and special instructions.

You will follow recipes and sanitation standards, and complete all post-meal cleanup, including dishwashing and equipment sanitation, while maintaining a safe, friendly dining environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves nutritious and palatable meals, following menus and/or special instruction.
• Adheres to recipes, methods, and solid sanitation principles.
• Completes all necessary clean-up after meals including dishwashing, countertop sanitation and cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
