Job summary

Factory6 is seeking motivated Production Line workers to join our nutraceutical manufacturing team in Utah. This entry-level role supports machine operators and line leads, helping ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple lines while gaining hands-on experience in a GMP environment.

You will learn packaging, labeling, material handling, sanitation, and basic inspection, with room to grow into operator, technician, or quality roles as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Support production operators and line leads to ensure smooth production runs.
• Load and unload materials safely and accurately.
• Place products on equipment or work surfaces for processing and packaging.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report malfunctions.
• Apply labels, insert desiccants, and prepare items for bottling or packaging.
