Factory6 Inc. is hiring entry-level Production Line workers in Lindon, Utah to support operators and leads on multiple lines. You will help with material handling, quality checks, labeling, and packaging while learning GMP practices.

This role offers hands-on experience in regulated manufacturing with growth paths into machine operator, technician, or quality control positions as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist production operators and line leads to support efficient production.
• Load and unload materials safely onto machines.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions.
• Label products and prepare for packaging.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per GMP.
