Job summary

Ritual is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead innovation, new product development and brand maintenance in a fast-growing nutraceutical environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Innovation Strategy, Science, QA, Reg and Operations to translate science into consumer-ready formulas and clear messages. This is a high-impact role with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on traceability from formulation to customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product development and formulation chemistry in nutraceuticals.
• Experience with capsules, powders and other VMS formats.
• Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory affairs, and stage-gate processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• Strong data-driven approach to product claims and testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects and develop products with internal R&D teams, contract manufacturers, and flavor houses.
• Drive formulation, product development and scale-up from concept to launch using Stage-GATE processes.
• Lead prototype work and sensory evaluations across multiple product formats.
• Manage product testing and validate new claims and specifications.
• Coordinate with marketing and regulatory for successful launches.
