Job summary
Primrose School of Florham Park is seeking an Infant Teacher to nurture and educate our youngest learners. You will build relationships with families and deliver developmentally appropriate activities using our digital learning platform.
The position offers a supportive on-site team, competitive pay, health benefits, and opportunities for advancement. A CDA credential in Infants and Toddlers is preferred and shift is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infants and Toddlers is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
- Ensure a safe and clean learning space.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
