Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants in licensed childcare.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of birth-to-2 development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily activities supporting infant development.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating environment for infants.
• Monitor infants for signs of emotional or developmental issues and inform parents/staff.
• Maintain daily records of activities, meals, and naps.
• Engage with infants through interactive play to promote motor and social skills.
• Ensure safety and health through supervision and hygiene practices.
• Communicate with parents about daily experiences and milestones.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
