LITTLE HANDS CHILD CARE INC is looking for an experienced and energetic Childcare Teacher to join our team in Wisconsin. The candidate will encourage children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth, while creating a nurturing and creative environment.

You will plan developmentally appropriate games and activities, evaluate children’s progress, and maintain communication with parents about their children's activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider is a plus.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities.
