Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to coordinate and oversee nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring safe, patient-centered delivery and cost-effectiveness. You will lead staff, manage performance, and collaborate with families and the healthcare team.

This role requires enrollment in a BSN program with nursing experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to Magnet-inspired practices and quality improvement is essential.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a BSN program with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and supplies, addresses performance issues, and communicates effectively with team members and patients.
Assists in developing nursing policies, supports evidence-based practices, mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a positive work environment aligned with Magnet philosophies.
Handles patient and family concerns, follows up on incidents, and ensures proper documentation.
