Duties include but are not limited to ADL's, vital signs, I&O, performingEKGs, documentation of vital signs and I & O, simple dressing changes, specimen collection, assisting with meals,errands, transporting of patients, medications, or specimens, ambulating of patients, urinary drainage care (indwelling,external and suprapubic), assists with colostomy care, applies binders, weighs patients, assists health care providers withprocedures and physical exams, and other duties as assigned. **Essential Functions*** 1. Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.* 2. Performs tasks listed in job summary according to policy and procedure.* 3.
