Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN License.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred or obtain within 3 years of employment.
• BLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Nursing Unit and supervise assigned personnel.
• Develop and coordinate activities that promote clinically effective and efficient patient care.
• Plan, organize, and direct patient care activities under the nurse manager's direction.
• Collaborate with the nurse manager and health care team to ensure safe, appropriate patient care and smooth patient flow.

Education

Ohio RN License
