Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 3 years experience in an inpatient nursing unit.
• Charge Nurse experience required; Med Surg preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction and coordinate resources to support procedures and patient flow.
• Promote high-quality patient care and safe nursing practice.
• Coordinate communication among patients, families, hospital departments and medical staff; act as liaison and problem-solver.
