Select Specialty Hospital in Erie, PA is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. shift.

The role focuses on administering and supervising clinical care while ensuring safety, infection control, and quality of care, with opportunities for mentoring and staff development. Position: Nurse Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Erie, PA

Schedule: 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Compensation: $48.00 per hour

Sign-on bonus: $5,000

• Administer and supervise the clinical care being provided.
• You will be responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty, as well as, assisting with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation and handling disciplinary issues.

Minimum Qualifications
