Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor-RN to provide weekend leadership for our nursing team in Concord, CA. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure adherence to clinical, quality, and safety standards.

You will mentor nurses, address patient and family concerns, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to uphold Mercy’s compassionate care culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• Experience supervising nursing staff or teams.
• Availability to work on weekends and coordinate patient care.
