Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for our Brewer, Maine facility. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and oversee operations, safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure the health and well-being of residents.

The role requires a valid state nursing license, leadership experience in long-term care, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. This full-time evening shift offers mentorship, competitive pay, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Rate of Pay

Starting from USD $46.32/Hr.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license


• Advanced degree or certification preferred


• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred


• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care


• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both


• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
