Job summary

National Health Care Associates in Brewer, ME is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

You will oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies and regulations, while mentoring staff and coordinating care plans.

Qualified candidates hold a valid state nursing license, have supervisory experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.
