Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in Bangor, Maine to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to residents. You will oversee facility operations, safety, and compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

You will mentor staff, manage staffing and resources, and develop care plans in collaboration with the team. A valid RN license and leadership experience in long-term care are preferred.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Rate of Pay

USD $44.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

  • Valid state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
